On August 28, 1963 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. gave a speech refered to as his "I have a dream" speech. More than a quarter million people attended the event, sprawling from the steps of the Lincoln Memorial onto the National Mall and around the reflecting pool. He would have been 80 years old today. It's too bad the Messiah Obama overshadowed yesterday. Martin Luther King actually deserves a day of honor... Barack, on the other hand has done nothing to deserve the praise and honor he's gotten to this point. I am willing to give him honor and respect once he has deserved it, but all I see now is a self absorbed person who has friends in high and low places that bought him the Presidency.
